The property is transversed by miles of well-maintained walking paths, including one that encircles the main lake and one that leads up to Green Top, the highest point on the property. On the trails, the springy moss underfoot lends a literal bounce to your step; should you need a rest, you might pause for a moment in one of the Adirondack chairs placed along the paths for an ideal view across the lake. The trails may, of course, also be enjoyed from the mountain bikes that are available.
In addition to hiking and biking, Lake Kora has a softball field where Yale’s and Harvard’s baseball teams faced off against each other in the summertimes of earlier years as well as a tennis and basketball/hockey courts. In the evening, you may also choose to enjoy a nice lake-side campfire.
